At glow Medi Spa, over the summer we have had the privilege of working with one of the best permanent make up artists.  Her name is Tina Davies and she is the sole owner and artist at Natural Effects Permanent Makeup.  After seeing many of her satisfied clients, Dr. Wong decided to take the plunge and go permanent.  Dr. Wong is now one of those happy clients who will be using word-of-mouth to promote Tina Davies.
